How to Start Preparing from the Inside Out

Try this: Unfollow accounts that trigger anxiety. Fill your feed with wisdom and beauty. Speak to yourself like someone you love.

2. Process Your Trauma — Don’t Pack It

Unprocessed trauma acts like an emotional landmine during times of pressure. The 2030 shift will stir up the collective shadow — and if you haven’t done your own work, you’ll be swept up in it.

Inner prep is trauma work.
That doesn’t mean fixing everything at once. It means creating space for integration, learning your triggers, and letting your nervous system feel safe again.
