The Year of the Snake: A Time of Revelation, Release, and Renewal
We’re closing in on the final stretch of the Year of the Snake, and even though there are only a couple of months left, it feels like an entire lifetime of lessons has been compressed into this cycle. The Snake is always about shedding old skin, moving through layers, and revealing truths that were hidden in the shadows. This year lived up to that and then some.
For many of us, myself included, this wasn’t a year of fast wins or sudden breakthroughs. It was a year of excavation. Hidden dynamics surfaced. Old emotional patterns rose up for clearing. Relationships, systems, beliefs, and even identities showed their cracks so we could finally see what needed to be healed or released.
My family and I felt this deeply. It was uncomfortable at times. Honest. Raw. But necessary. The Snake doesn’t sugarcoat. It brings wisdom through contrast, clarity through discomfort, and transformation through unveiling what can no longer stay buried.
And now we stand at the edge of the next cycle, watching the energy shift.
The Fire Horse Is Coming
In March, the Year of the Fire Horse arrives, and it doesn’t stroll in quietly. It bursts onto the scene.
This energy is fast, bold, intensely creative, and unapologetically driven.
Where the Snake asked us to look inward, the Fire Horse pushes us outward.
Where the Snake encouraged slow, steady inner alchemy, the Fire Horse demands movement.
This transition marks:
A shift from introspection to action
A leap from planning to doing
A surge of double-fire energy ready to ignite momentum
A period of rapid change and breakthroughs
A season where innovation rises and old structures fall away
A call to courage, clarity, and decisive steps
But with that fire comes responsibility. Fire amplifies whatever it touches. It can fuel transformation or fuel chaos. The Fire Horse will ask us to channel passion without burning ourselves out, to take risks without losing grounding, and to stay intentional even when energy runs high.
This is a year where bold choices can completely change your trajectory.
But only if you ride the wave consciously.
