Words vs Truth: Awakening to Christ Consciousness and Seeing Beyond False Leaders
When Words on a Whiteboard Are Not Enough
There was a time in my professional life when I worked for a company whose CEO had what he called a “war room.” It was a large space lined with whiteboards, every inch filled with numbers, directives, strategies, and plans. It was meant to represent vision and control. Everything the company was trying to accomplish was written there.
One board in particular stood out to me.
Across the top were the words:
Jay’s Priorities
God
Family
Everything Else
At first glance, it sounded noble. It looked like the kind of statement people admire. Many leaders say similar things. Many people hang words like that on their walls, in their offices, or post them on social media.
But the longer I worked there, the more I realized something important.
Those words were just words.
They were written on a board, surrounded by other words, numbers, and strategies. But the actions I witnessed did not reflect a life centered in God, compassion, or integrity. The energy that moved through the organization did not feel aligned with those priorities.
And that realization taught me something profound.
Truth is not declared.
Truth is lived.
Anyone can write sacred words on a whiteboard. Anyone can speak the name of God. Anyone can quote scripture.
But if our actions do not carry that same energy, then the words are empty.
And right now, our world is being flooded with words.
The Noise of the World
Turn on the news. Scroll through social media. Listen to the speeches of politicians or powerful figures.
There is endless commentary about leaders, conflicts, alliances, and wars. People argue about who is right, who is wrong, who should be trusted, and who should be feared.
Many people follow these narratives with deep emotional attachment. They defend parties, ideologies, and personalities with intense loyalty.
But something deeper is happening beneath the surface.
Across the world, more people are beginning to question the systems we have been told to trust. Many are asking difficult questions about power, influence, and the motives of those who claim to lead.
And that questioning is uncomfortable.
Because when the curtain moves even slightly, we begin to realize that much of what we were taught to rely on may not be as clear or as honest as we believed.
But here is the important thing.
This awakening is not meant to create fear.
It is meant to create awareness.
Distraction Is the Oldest Strategy
For centuries, systems of power have understood something about human psychology.
If people remain distracted, they rarely look deeper.
If people remain afraid, they rarely question authority.
If people remain divided, they rarely recognize their shared humanity.
So the world fills with constant noise. Political conflict. Cultural battles. Financial anxiety. Endless cycles of outrage.
And while people argue with one another, the deeper truth of who we are often gets lost.
But something beautiful is happening right now.
Many people are starting to see through the noise.
Not with anger.
Not with hatred.
But with clarity.
The Return of Christ Consciousness
When people speak about the “second coming,” they often imagine a dramatic event where a single figure appears in the sky to save humanity.
But what if the deeper message has always been misunderstood?
What if the real return is not a person, but a state of consciousness?
Throughout history, great teachers have pointed toward the same realization.
Jesus spoke of it.
Buddha embodied it.
Mystics across cultures recognized it.
They each pointed to a realization that lives within every human being.
A consciousness rooted in compassion, truth, humility, and love.
This is what many people now call Christ consciousness.
It is not owned by a religion.
It is not controlled by institutions.
It is the awareness that we are deeply connected to one another and to the living Earth itself.
When this awareness awakens, something powerful happens.
Fear begins to dissolve.
Control loses its grip.
And people start living from a place of inner knowing rather than external authority.
The Message That Was Always There
Jesus did not build institutions.
He did not create systems of control.
He shared something much simpler and much more powerful.
He said:
Love your neighbor as yourself.
Not distrust your neighbor.
Not compete with your neighbor.
Not fear your neighbor.
Love them.
Because in truth, they are another expression of the same life that moves through you.
Over time, institutions and religious systems often layered fear, hierarchy, and control around these teachings. The simple message of love became wrapped in rules, divisions, and power structures.
But the original message still remains.
It is simple.
And it is radical.
Love.
Compassion.
Truth.
Integrity.
Not spoken.
Lived.
Beware of False Messengers
In the book of Matthew, there is a passage that feels especially relevant in times like these:
“Watch out that no one deceives you, for many will come in my name claiming I am the Messiah, and will deceive many.”
Later in that same chapter it says:
“If anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”
These words are not meant to create paranoia.
They are meant to remind us of something very important.
Do not give your power away to anyone claiming to represent truth.
Truth is not something that belongs to a political leader.
Truth is not owned by religious institutions.
Truth is something you feel deeply within your own being.
Returning to the Earth
One of the simplest ways to reconnect with that truth is to step away from the noise.
Turn off the news.
Put the phone down for a while.
Go outside.
Walk barefoot on the earth.
Sit beneath a tree.
Feel the wind move across your skin. Listen to the quiet intelligence of nature.
Nature does not manipulate.
Nature does not lie.
Nature does not compete for power.
It simply exists in harmony.
And when we slow down enough to reconnect with it, we remember something we have always known.
We are part of this living system.
We are not separate from it.
Earth School
This planet is often called a school for a reason.
Every challenge we face is an invitation to grow.
Every conflict reveals something about ourselves.
Every moment offers an opportunity to choose love instead of fear.
None of us are perfect students.
We are all learning.
We are all evolving.
And the awakening happening around the world right now is not about overthrowing one group of leaders for another.
It is about something much deeper.
It is about remembering who we truly are.
Not powerless.
Not divided.
But conscious beings capable of compassion, wisdom, and love.
Living the Message
So perhaps the real question is not what leaders say.
The real question is how each of us chooses to live.
Do we speak words of love while carrying anger in our hearts?
Do we claim spiritual values while acting without compassion?
Or do we quietly embody the principles we say we believe?
The world does not need more whiteboards filled with declarations.
The world needs people who live the message.
People who choose kindness.
People who choose truth.
People who recognize the sacredness of life itself.
And that awakening does not begin in governments or institutions.
It begins within you.
Within your choices.
Within the way you treat the people around you.
A Simple Invitation
Step outside today.
Take a deep breath.
Place your hand on the trunk of a tree or feel the grass beneath your feet.
Remember that you are part of something ancient and alive.
Send a quiet intention into the world.
Peace.
Connection.
Compassion.
The awakening of humanity will not come through fear.
It will come through millions of individuals remembering the truth that has always lived inside them.
And when enough of us remember, the world will begin to change. 🌎✨
Continue the Awakening
If this message resonated with something deep inside you, that feeling is not an accident. It is the quiet voice of awareness reminding you who you truly are. Awakening is not something that happens once. It is a path we walk together, one step at a time, remembering truth, reconnecting with nature, and choosing love over fear.
If you feel called to go deeper, there are several ways to stay connected with this growing community of conscious humans who are remembering together.

The Full Connection Calendar was created to help you reconnect with lunar cycles, seasonal energy, and the deeper rhythm of the Earth. It is a simple but powerful tool for living in greater alignment with nature and your own inner flow.
Transformation begins with awareness. The Awakening Journal is a guided path back to yourself. Through daily reflections, grounding practices, and thoughtful prompts, it helps you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the deeper truth within you.
The world does not change because a few leaders decide it should.
The world changes when ordinary people remember who they truly are.
If this message stirred something inside you, trust that feeling. Follow it. Nurture it. Share it.
And if you feel called to walk this path alongside others who are remembering too, we welcome you with an open heart.
