Not between you and your brother.

We are energy dancing in different bodies.
We are breath shared across all living things.
We are the Universe experiencing itself — uniquely, but not separately.
Awakening means remembering that.
And mindfulness — especially through the breath — is the doorway.

Today, take 10 minutes.
Find a quiet place.
Sit.
Breathe.
Do absolutely nothing but feel your breath move in and out.
As you breathe, silently repeat:
I return to my Source.
I am not separate.
I am one with all that is.
Let your nervous system reset.
Let your energy settle.
Let your soul remember.

We are not here to keep achieving until we burn out.
We are not here to hustle ourselves into worthiness.
We are not here to be so “productive” we forget to be present.
